I was very excited to be brought on by one of my long-standing clients in the QSR space Zambrero to create food menu photography and food advertising photography for the launch of the new item the Hot Chip ,Zam style!
Hot chips are a new item being sold at Zambrero with the talented team going to great depths to bring the consumers not just a standard hot chip but one that was extra fluffy and crispy at the same time, paired with the Zam salt and wow they are on a winner! Consideration was also made to allow to chips to travel well from their food delivery partners because no one likes a soggy chip!
The shoot started with an onsite visit looking at the new process and the team have really created something special! I was told a lot of process testing equipment play and selection of potatoes was done to create the final result. Now it was on my end to create images to give justice to the work put in! We shot the new food photography onsite at one of the clients locations focusing on hero Menu food photography needs and some addition food advertising photography in a lifestyle feel. I worked closely with the team to bring together a library of food images that would be used on menu boards and marketing/advertising nation wide.
